Ethiopian coffee gets most of the attention. Indian Arabica from Chikmagalur gets most of the flavour. Same full body and natural earthy taste, but without the hype markup, the warehouse delays, or the twelve-step flavour wheel. Chikmagalur has been growing Arabica since the 1600s. It just hasn’t had a marketing budget. This is that coffee.
